Venues2U is operated by JLME LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17445352, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX("Venues2U", "we", "us" or "our").
This policy covers cookies and similar technologies used on venues2u.com, partners.venues2u.com, our apps and related services. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, pixels and device identifiers that store information on, or access information from, a device.
2. Essential authentication, security and service technologies

These technologies are used where necessary to provide a requested service, communicate over a network or protect the service. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, verification, payment or booking features.
3. Optional analytics, personalisation and advertising
We will not place non-essential analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies on your device unless we have a lawful basis and, where required, your consent. A consent control will explain each category and allow you to accept, reject or later withdraw consent as easily as it was given.
We may use legally permitted aggregate statistics that do not identify or single out a person. If a storage-and-access exception requires an objection mechanism, we will provide one.
4. Third-party services
Essential or consented functionality may be supplied by Google Firebase, reCAPTCHA, Stripe, Microsoft Azure, Apple, mapping services or another provider disclosed in the relevant interface. A provider may set or access its own technology under its privacy information when you use that feature.
5. Your controls, changes and contact
Use the Venues2U privacy or cookie control, where displayed, to change optional choices. Browsers and devices also allow you to delete or block stored website and app data. Removing essential storage may sign you out or interrupt an unfinished booking.
