1. Who and what this covers

This policy applies to every Venues2U user and to listings, photos, documents, reviews, messages, Henry conversations, support forms and other content or activity. It supplements the Customer Terms or Venue Partner Terms that apply to you.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use Venues2U to:

  • break the law, facilitate unsafe or unlicensed activity, or evade venue age restrictions;
  • defraud, impersonate, mislead, threaten, harass, discriminate against or exploit another person;
  • send spam, scrape at scale, probe security, introduce malware or interfere with the service;
  • manipulate reviews, availability, prices, search ranking, payments or booking outcomes;
  • share payment-card details, passwords, unnecessary identity documents or another person's private data in messages; or
  • bypass the platform to avoid agreed fees after an introduction made through Venues2U.

3. Content standards

Content must be accurate where it states facts, genuinely held where it states opinions, relevant and lawful. It must not be defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, threatening, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, or likely to cause avoidable harm. Venue photos must depict the relevant venue or space and must not conceal material limitations.

4. Reviews, messages and AI conversations

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and disclose a material incentive or relationship. Messages should remain relevant to venue discovery, booking, fulfilment or support. Do not treat Henry as an emergency, legal, medical or safety service, and do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

5. Moderation, reporting and appeals

We may use automated signals and human review to detect, restrict, label, remove or preserve content and accounts. We consider context, seriousness, repetition, legal duties, user safety and proportionality. Urgent risks may be acted on without advance notice.

Report content or appeal a moderation decision at [email protected], identifying the content and reason. We may retain restricted material where needed for evidence, disputes or legal compliance.
